NEWTON BALD   DECEMBER 13-14, 2008

Well, it seems as if there was a big showing at Newton Bald and I was unable to make the trip for various reasons, not the least of which is a sinus infection.   I am really jonesing badly, having missed two weekends in a row.  Sally D was gracious enough to call and I could hear the roar of a campfire in the background.  Apparently they had 9 participants.   It was supposed to be a night for great meteor showers.  Hope they saw some.  Hope everyone has a great Christmas, I hope to be back on the trail next weekend to meet up with the President and BC for their big trek, but time will tell.  By the way.
